Job Summary

To support the IT team in daily technical operations, system maintenance, and troubleshooting while gaining hands-on working experience in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide basic technical support to internal users
• Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities
• Assist in website, system, or application maintenance
• Participate in AI and digital solution-related projects
• Monitor and update IT documentation and records
• Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks
• Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information:

• Mandarin-speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
