Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing activities, supplier research, and preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers, including sourcing through online platforms such as Taobao, 1688, and Alibaba.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Code 9 (Vendor/Item Code) in the procurement system, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Communicate with local and overseas suppliers to obtain quotations, pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support data entry, reporting, and master data maintenance in ERP and procurement systems.
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned by the Procurement team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
