Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
Including assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for both internal and external internship applicants.
Support the team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing HR-related materials and documentation and ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations.
Additionally, assist in employee engagement activities and perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned to support the overall HR function.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources / management / business administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Canva or other design/editing software is an added advantage.
Candidates available for a minimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months are highly preferred.
