Job Summary

Join the MindChamps after-school program "MindSpace" at Central Plaza, (directly above Tiong Bahru MRT), supporting primary school children’s learning and development through guided homework assistance, enrichment activities, and a safe, positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the MindSpace program following centre policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy
• Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to complete daily homework assignments
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and address individual educational and developmental needs
• Prepare and maintain teaching resources and ensure the classroom environment is organized and conducive to learning
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and parents to support student development
• Support the delivery of MindChamps enrichment programmes to enhance children’s learning experiences
• Demonstrate a creative spirit and positive mindset as an inspiring role model for children
• Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to encourage good behaviour
• Ensure the safety and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre
• Monitor and maintain children’s safety within the premises at all times
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director
• Musts be Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
