Your Mission (Key Responsibilities):

️ Store Management & Sales Growth

• Drive Revenue: Manage and optimize our TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada stores to smash monthly sales targets.
• End-to-End E-Commerce: Handle product listings, price revisions, inventory tracking, and ensure smooth, on-schedule order deliveries.
• Store Aesthetics: Propose and design stunning store layouts, key product banners, and highly optimized content to attract shoppers.

TikTok & Livestream Ownership

• Livestream & Sample Management: Plan live broadcast schedules, provide clear scripts/instructions for hosts, and manage sample distributions.
• Content Collaboration: Submit creative briefs and video specifications to our in-house video team to produce viral, high-converting content.
• Creator Ecosystem: Scout, build, and manage a powerful network of KOLs and affiliate creators to promote our products.

Campaign & Platform Partnership

• Big Campaign Planning: Strategic planning and full execution of major mega-sale campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, TikTok Super Brand Days).
• VIP Networking: Work directly with official Platform Person-In-Charge (PICs) to secure platform support, vouchers, and algorithm boosts.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• The E-Com Expert: Proven experience operating TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada. You know how the backend algorithms work!
• Analytical Thinker: Ability to read data, analyze sales stats, evaluate ad performance, and track video/livestream metrics to constantly improve.
• Trend Catcher & High EQ: Excellent communication skills with the ability to spot viral TikTok trends, social cultural shifts, and active target audiences.
• The "Can-Do" Attitude: Fluent in English, upbeat, proactive at solving problems, and highly self-driven to plan promotions under leadership direction.
• E-Commerce Hustle: High adaptability to the fast-paced digital world, including a willingness to handle occasional remote processing or weekend overtime to capture peak traffic hours.
