Job Summary:
Support operating, maintaining, and monitoring machines to ensure production meets required quantity, quality, and customer specifications.

What you will explore along the journey?

1. Support Machine Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Operate, maintain, and repair machines in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
• Record all PM, maintenance, and process activities.
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues.
• Stand by on call for urgent issues and support overtime work when required.

2. Support Process & Quality Control

• Control and monitor machine process parameters to ensure production quantity, quality standards, and customer specifications are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and engineering personnel to ensure machines consistently produce quality products.
• Participate in mould and machine testing and evaluation to resolve process-related problems.

3. Compliance & Housekeeping

• Perform work according to machine manuals, SOPs, and relevant work instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards at the workstation / 5S.

4. Data entry, report and ERP

• Key daily operation data for production process, maintenance and ERP

Requirements & Qualification:

• Education: Minimum Technical Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic. Final year student is added advantage.
• Experience: Literate in Microsoft Office: Excel and Words and Powerpoint
• Skill & Competency
• Process some basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Machine cleaning and setup skills.
• Language Proficiency - Spoken and Written in Bahasa Malaysia / English
• Working Conditions - Standard office hours
