Position: Project Management Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project timelines
• Support project managers in daily project operations and follow-ups
• Help prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Assist in organizing meetings and taking meeting notes
• Support ad-hoc project-related tasks

Requirements

• Open to students or fresh graduates
• (Diploma/degree students in Project Management, Business, or related fields are a plus)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office
• Experience is not required but willingness to learn is essential
