We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Cyberjaya
Internship Type: On-site
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Internship Allowance: RM800 + Commission

Join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters while developing practical skills in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in posting job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Assist with HR administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls and WhatsApp.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
Pay: RM850.00 per month
Work Location: In person
