We are offering an Internship in Customer Service for Diploma & Degree students who wish to gain practical experience in a professional environment. This program provides exposure to operational activities, documentation and laboratory-related tasks, while developing both technical and soft skills.

Internship Objectives

• Support Customer Service in daily operational activities
• Assist in routine and administrative tasks
• Provide a talent pipeline for future hires
• Strengthen community engagement and knowledge transfer with universities

Responsibilities

• Assist in project documentation and reporting
• Conduct research or analysis as required
• Support day-to-day departmental activities
• Participate in laboratory-related tasks (sample preparation, calibration, upkeep of scheduled waste, inventory management)
• Present learning experiences at the end of the internship

Qualifications

• Current students pursuing Science/Engineering, preferably Chemistry
• Proficient in laboratory skills and sample preparation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Eager to learn, proactive and able to contribute effectively

End Month: January 2027
Duration: 4 months
Remarks: Shorter intake
