Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Administration, Administrative Management, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Immediate availability is preferred (August 2026 intake).

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Compile, organize, and summarize quotation records for management review and follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the department.

Work Location: In person
