5Luxe Scents Co. is a premium home fragrance brand specializing in luxury reed diffusers, room sprays and scented candles. We are passionate about creating exceptional fragrance experiences while building a strong and engaging brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and branding campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram & TikTok.
• Support public relations activities, including KOL outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and partners.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and marketing activations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with team members on marketing materials.
• Support day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in branding, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premier Pro, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
