We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated Admin Support Assistant Intern to join our fast-paced operations and support our core administrative team.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Support Assistant Intern, you will get hands-on experience in the backbone of construction operations. You will directly assist the admin team with daily high-priority tasks, including:

  • Timecard Collection & Verification: Gather daily/weekly timecards from site supervisors, ensuring accuracy in recorded hours before forwarding them for payroll processing.

  • Billing & Invoicing Support: Assist in drafting client invoices, cross-referencing timesheets with contractual rates, and maintaining neat billing records.

  • Compliance & Permit Tracking: Monitor foreign worker work permits, S-Passes, or other relevant work passes. Maintain a tracking sheet to flag upcoming expiries and assist in preparation for renewals.

  • Data Entry & Document Management: Update the internal database with worker profiles, project assignments, and contact details. Ensure digital files are organized and easily accessible.

  • General Admin Support: Assist with answering routine phone inquiries, drafting emails, and providing general support to the operations and HR teams as needed.

Required competencies and certifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking and data entry). Comfort learning new software quickly.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy is crucial when handling numbers, billing, and legal expiry dates.

Ability to Maintain: Confidentiality when handling sensitive information


Experience or interest in the construction or manpower recruitment industry is a plus, but not required!
