About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out — handling enquiries, crowd control and provide accurate solutions with a professional and friendly approach.

What You Will Do

• Handle customer enquiries professionally, efficiently, and with a solutions-first mindset
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, helpful responses
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues at first point of contact wherever possible, escalating complex cases appropriately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to flag recurring issues and contribute to service improvements

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent in any discipline.
• Singaporeans Only
