Contract Associate, Ownership & Nomination

Location: Eunos
Salary: $2,800 – $3,500/month
Completion Bonus: 1 Month Salary
Employment: 12-Month Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Join a leading insurance company as part of the Customer Service team, where you will manage ownership and nomination transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in insurance or financial services who enjoy detailed administrative work and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process ownership and nomination transactions, including policy assignments, beneficiary nominations, and vesting requests, within service and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve complex cases raised by policyholders and financial representatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Bancassurance, Claims, Legal, and Risk Management on ownership, nomination, FATCA, and CRS-related matters.
• Respond to enquiries from policyholders, financial representatives, and internal teams regarding ownership and nomination processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defect fixes.
• Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in documenting process changes and operational procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while identifying and escalating potential risks where appropriate.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
