Responsibilities
Job Scope:
· Support the management of the programme’s participant cohort, including tracking enrolment, participation status, and programme reward milestones
· Maintain accurate records of participant onboarding, progress, and engagement
· Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from programme participants and clinical partners regarding application processes, rewards, and other programme-related matters
· Coordinate logistics related to programme activities (recruitment and implementation), pilot touchpoints, and follow-ups
· Provide first-line support for the digital platform and troubleshooting assistance to users
· Serve as the liaison between the programme partners, effectively triaging and routing programme-related enquiries to appropriate stakeholders
· Support all administrative documentation related to the programme
· Ability to support execution of basic marketing initiatives, preparation of participant communications (e.g. emails, messages, reminders) and track engagement metrics
Support ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the programme
Duration: Jul 26 to Mar 27
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)
Location: Outram Park
Salary: $13-17/H
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelors in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination and/or customer/client facing roles
· Strong organisational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams (implementation logistics and participant cohort management) concurrently
· Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in responding to participant queries
· Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
· Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Exposure to marketing and ops tools such as Canva and FormSG, etc.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
