Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos, written posts, and long-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences
• Develop content that drives measurable leads by aligning each post with specific marketing goals before publishing
• Generate and test creative ideas rapidly, analyze performance data, and focus on high-impact content to optimize engagement
• Monitor current social media trends and apply them strategically to create original, trend-setting content rather than simply reposting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall growth objectives and brand messaging
