Job Description
We are looking for Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking support, packing, cleaning, and general back-of-house duties.
The successful candidate will assist the kitchen team in preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, supporting service flow, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation and food production.
- Wash, cut, portion, pack, and arrange ingredients.
- Support simple cooking, food assembly, and plating where required.
- Prepare food items according to company standards and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Assist with packing and arranging food items for service, delivery, or transfer.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
- Report low stock, damaged ingredients, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Requirements
- Prior kitchen, F&B, catering, or food preparation experience will be an advantage.
- No experience may be considered for suitable candidates willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to stand for long hours and perform physical duties.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to be hands-on.
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good hygiene habits and teamwork attitude.
