Role Description
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented individual with creative skills to formulate and implement a social media marketing strategy that will promote our established Chiropractic clinic to become a highly visible, prominent and trusted brand in Singapore.
- Develop and implement structured social media marketing strategy
-Plan and follow monthly social media content calendar
- Produce quality on brand creative designs for website ads and social media as required
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Instagram & Facebook) that aligns with One Spine's brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with chiropractors to translate clinical knowledge into simple, engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that encourage engagement and bookings.
- Monitor content performance and optimise strategy based on analytics and audience insights.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- highly proficient taking and directing Photography, videography and editing
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or healthcare content.
- Comfortable directing chiropractors, patients (with consent), and staff on camera.
- Able to work independently while taking ownership of projects from concept to publication.
- Expert in social media platform management.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance and continuously improve results with ability to Increase social media following, CTR, and interactions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a natural problem-solver — comfortable operating independently.
- A good eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
