About the Role
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst Support professional for the Plant Facilities Department. The role supports maintenance analytics, dashboard reporting, inventory analysis, AI-driven maintenance processes, and data-backed recommendations for preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data collected from Maintenance Alert Systems to identify performance trends, anomalies, and root causes.
- Process large datasets to generate actionable intelligence for preventive maintenance and corrective rectification works.
- Develop dashboard displays for real-time monitoring of maintenance KPIs.
- Deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools to improve visibility of maintenance performance metrics.
- Prepare and present data-driven solutions and recommendations for upcoming maintenance works.
- Integrate AI and digital solutions to support predictive planning and optimise maintenance schedules.
- Manage receiving and issuing data for maintenance parts to support smooth operations.
- Track and project spare parts requirements aligned with maintenance schedules.
- Consolidate monthly inventory stock level reports for management review.
- Use AI tools to correlate maintenance data with inventory levels and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support and develop AI-driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP), Maintenance Knowledge Management (MKM) System, and Maintenance Work Order (MWO) System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Software, AI, ora related discipline.
- Preferably more than 2 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing and facilities maintenance environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Technical Skills / Tools
- SQL, Python, R, and Advanced Excel
- Power BI, Tableau, dashboarding, and reporting automation
- AI workflow tools including MS Copilot Cowork and Claude
- Maintenance CMMS and Maintenance Alert Systems preferred
- ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba preferred
- Inventory tracking modules preferred
- Workday, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Data correlation and forecasting models
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm (overtime whenever required).
Working Area: West (Company transport provided)
