• Monitor and coordinate import ocean freight movements
• Prepare documentations for customer
• Coordinate supplier invoices
• Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
• Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs
• Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse, and transporter for ocean freight movements.
• Monitor internal data & system compliance
• Handle K4 import manifest submission to local custom
