Internship Requirements

• Internship duration of at least 4–6 months (subject to university requirements).
• Able to report for internship on the agreed commencement date.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a positive attitude and maintain professional conduct throughout the internship.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and supporting documents.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and audit preparation when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
