- Passion for the Lens: A strong interest in video production, cinematography, lighting, or audio engineering.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and smartphone filming gear.
- Software Savvy: Basic knowledge of video editing or audio software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) is a major plus.
- The MGAG Spirit: A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of Malaysian humor and internet culture. You should be someone who stays calm under set pressure and loves solving problems on the fly.

- Pre-Production & Logistics
- Assist the production team in preparing equipment lists, securing locations, and organizing props or wardrobe for shoots.
- Help manage production schedules and coordinate with creators, talents, and crew members to ensure smooth shoot days.
- On-Set Production & Execution
- Get hands-on on set! Support the crew with camera setups, lighting arrangements, and audio recording.
- Ensure all equipment is safely handled, set up, and packed down post-shoot.
- Keep track of continuity, slate/clapperboards (when needed), and assist the director in keeping shoots running on time.
- Post-Production Workflow
- Manage media assets by offloading, organizing, and backing up raw footage and audio files.
- Perform basic assembly edits or rough cuts to help the editing team speed up the post-production pipeline.
- Collaborate with content editors to ensure visual assets match the intended creative vision and brand guidelines.
