Creative Executive Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and creatively driven intern to join our team.

This is not a "just execute what you're told" internship. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, contributing ideas, and seeing projects through from concept to execution.

You'll gain hands-on experience across content strategy, scriptwriting, production, and post-production, working closely with the team to create content that delivers results. If you're someone who loves creating, filming, writing, and bringing ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, concepts, and creative angles for social media campaigns
• Research trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats
• Write scripts, storyboards, and content outlines for short-form and long-form content
• Assist in planning and coordinating shoots, including logistics and pre-production
• Support on-set production, including camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio setup
• Capture content during shoots and events
• Edit videos and optimise content for different social platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from ideation to delivery

Requirements

• Strong interest in content creation, media, marketing, or creative production
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities
• Ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into actionable content plans
• Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio production
• Familiarity with short-form content platforms and current digital trends
• Highly proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or related fields
• Experience creating content for personal, freelance, school, or client projects
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
• Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional camera systems is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage
