Job Responsibilities:

·       Managed and resolved technical and operational issues within residential units, ensuring timely service recovery and customer satisfaction.

·       Coordinated closely with customers, contractors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of works and prompt issue resolution.

·       Communicated processes and solutions to customers, while supervising on-site activities to ensure quality standards and efficient completion of works.

·       Utilized IT systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis to manage case updates, obtain approvals, and support operational decision-making.

·       Administered work orders, verified completion documentation, and ensured accurate validation of contractor deliverables.

·       Maintainedoperational databases and prepared management reports to support performance tracking and business reporting.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
