Job Overview

Manage and operate platform services in a tenant environment above hypervisor level and Ensure reliability, security, and operability of container platforms and COTS components (MongoDB, Nginx, MQTT, IBM MQ, ArcGIS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead platform operations team for container platforms and COTS services
• Manage incidents, changes, RCA, and platform lifecycle
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot COTS components
• Work with application and Authority Furnished Equipment (AFE) teams for integration and issue resolution
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architecture documentation
• Ensure monitoring, logging and observability
• Support patching, upgrades and lifecycle management
• Ensure OS hardening compliance (golden image)
• Drive capacity planning and performance tuning
• Lead DR/BCP activities

Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD integration wil
• Automation (Ansible, scripting)
• Integration patterns (REST, messaging)
• Security compliance familiarity
• Platform (PaaS/CaaS), containers, COTS, OS hardening
