POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our NOC/SOC/SNOC team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world IT and cybersecurity operations, including infrastructure monitoring, network monitoring, security event monitoring, alert triage, and incident handling processes. Interns will gain practical experience working with monitoring and security tools while learning from experienced engineers and analysts in a fast-paced operational environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field (Final-year students are preferred).
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Willingness to learn and work in operational environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit throughout the internship duration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor infrastructure, network, and security alerts.
• Assist in initial alert triage and incident investigation.
• Support daily operational and monitoring activities.
• Escalate incidents based on SOP and operational procedures.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
• Learn and operate monitoring, ticketing, and security platforms.
