Key Responsibilities

Operations Support [Primary]:

• Support daily e-commerce operations, including order preparation, fulfilment coordination, and status updates.
• Assist in quality-checking, assembling, sealing and preparing orders for delivery.
• Operate sticker or gift tags printing and cutting machine for personalized gift packs.

Content Creation [Secondary]:

• Work on Content ideation research, planning and creation for social media & emails
• Film behind-the-scenes, product and process content using a mobile phone.
• Edit short videos using CapCut & images using Canva
• Prepare captions for postings on social media & copywriting for emails

Requirements

Experience:

• Prior experience in creating short form content on social media platforms with content filming and editing skills is a bonus
• Prior experience in fulfilment, logistics, packing, or retail operations is a plus (but not required — training will be provided)

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, good & open-minded attitude
• Comfortable & proficient with creating (ideation, filming & editing) short form content for social media using Capcut & Canva
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Computer savvy and quick to learn to operate print and cut machines for stickers and gift tags is a bonus
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Willing to learn and fast learner.
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Enjoys hands-on work in a small, collaborative team.

Other Details:

• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, occasional overtime or work on weekends depending on demand
• Work location: Bash Party Store home-based office in Sengkang for near term, but moving to an external commercial workspace in future.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
