Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the designated concession stand operations for the event
Manage service related activities to ensure the delivery of value to customers; achieving customer satisfaction & customer loyalty
Manage the location work schedule to meet the operational needs based on projected event operations
Supervise casual team members to ensure they understand the scopes of their roles and can perform the desired tasks and duties to a high standard
Ensure inventory levels are maintained to maximise food and beverage sales
Ensure that briefings take place prior to every event
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
