Responsibilities
To ensure food prepared meet standards and quality, including adherence to safety standards
To prepare all menu items according to prescribed recipes under the direction of the Team Leader / Manager
To work as a team and take direction from your immediate supervisor
Be proficient in the use of deep fryers, grills and steamers
To conduct all necessary food safety checks and complete all documents as required
To maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and health and safety standard in the work area
** Valid Food Hygiene Cert is a must
