Position: HR Intern
Employment Type: Internship
Looking to gain real-world experience beyond the classroom? Join us as an HR Intern and get hands-on exposure to how companies attract, assess, and hire top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and identify potential candidates across different platforms
- Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
- Support hiring strategy discussions with different departments
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Degree (any discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Involvement in CCAs or sports is a plus
