Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Routing & Switching).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a plus (Excel and Word)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to participate in a shift-rotation schedule (if required for 24/7 NOC operations).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and applications using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Incident Management: Help identify, log, and escalate network alerts or system outages according to established procedures.
• Technical Support: Provide basic first-line technical troubleshooting and support for internal or external systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network events, incidents, and daily shift handovers.
• Collaboration: Work alongside senior network engineers and L2 support teams to learn advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
