Responsibilities
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate building construction activities.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and specifications.
• Review construction drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect completed work and resolve technical or construction issues.
• Prepare project reports and maintain construction records.
• Support the timely completion of construction projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related engineering software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
