We are looking for internship to further strengthen our Supply Chain department.
As an internship, you will support the team on the daily operations and other ad hoc task.
Some of your main duties & responsibilities:
Assist to handle administrative duties like data entry, document preparation, and filing
Assist to prepare and maintain necessary shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation
Assist in processing orders, ensuring proper documentation, and verifying shipping information
To handle day-to-day administration duties
Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
You'll succeed if:
You are currently pursuing at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
You are open for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 months
You have good command in English
You have high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
You have motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
You have basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
You are willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang
