Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, branding, content creation, and events. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, support brand initiatives, and contribute fresh ideas that help grow our brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare marketing reports and summarize campaign performance.

Content & Social Media

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Draft captions, short-form content, and marketing copy.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media engagement and compile performance insights.
• Support photo and video shoots when required.

Event & Brand Activation

• Assist in planning and executing company events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare event materials and ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist in post-event reporting and documentation.

Administrative Support

• Organize marketing assets and maintain marketing documentation.
• Update marketing databases and campaign trackers.
• Assist with purchase requests, quotations, and coordination with suppliers.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Passionate about marketing, branding, and digital content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
