Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Author Coordination & Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for authors participating in events.
2. Manage and keep track of author schedules for events (e.g., Meet & Greet) to avoid conflicts.
3. Ensure authors receive event details, itineraries, and necessary materials in advance.
4. Provide hospitality support for authors, including coordinating travel, accommodations, and on-site needs.
5. Foster positive relationships with authors to encourage future collaborations.
6. Vendor Coordination: Assist in scouting and liaising with printing vendors for event materials (e.g., banners, brochures, and merchandise).
7. Venue Research: Conduct site visits (recce) for potential event locations, summarize findings, and provide recommendations.
8. Event Material Preparation: Assist in preparing, organising, and managing event-related materials, ensuring all necessary items are ready.
9. On-Site Support: Help with event setup, attendee management, and author coordination during events.
10. Administrative Tasks: Keep records of event expenses, vendor details, and post-event reports.
11. Other Support Tasks: Assist in any additional event-related duties as needed.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM700.00 per month
