1. Author & Market Research
- research and compile list of potential authors for potential manuscripts for multiple genres, including romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy
- Conduct comparative research on fiction trends, genres, and readership preferences (local and international).

2. Editorial Process
- Help coordinate with authors, translators, and external editors during different stages of the editorial cycle.
- Prepare editorial memos, summaries, and content reports for internal discussions.
- Assist in maintaining editorial calendars and tracking deadlines.

3. Manuscript Support
- Assist in preliminary manuscript reviews and provide feedback on narrative flow, character development, and genre suitability.
- Support developmental and copyediting tasks under the guidance of editors.
- Conduct fact-checking, language polishing, and proofreading where required.

4. Production & Publishing Support
- Provide product summary and documentation for Go-To-Market strategy and product knowledge for marketing purposes
- Participate in editorial meetings and brainstorming sessions for titling process
- Support administrative tasks such as database updates, filing contracts, and managing submission records.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 per month
