Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Administrative Intern who is eager to learn and gain real working experience in office administration and daily business operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real work environment and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
- Perform data entry for inventory, sales, and records
- Assist in filing and document management
- Handle basic communication with suppliers and customers
- Assist in updating reports (e.g. weekly Shopee sales report)
- Support daily administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Learn company systems and office operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to learn, responsible, and positive attitude
- Able to commit minimum 3 months
- Able to commute to Wangsa Melawati
