Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time assistant to support the People & Culture team. This role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Post and refresh job advertisements on job portals.
• Screen candidate profiles and applications.
• Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates when required.

Onboarding and Offboarding Support

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding arrangements.
• Issue and collect uniforms where required.
• Update employee records and trackers.
• Prepare basic HR documents such as confirmation letters and certificates of employment.
• Assist with work pass application and renewal follow-ups.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee birthday and confirmation lists.
• Update HR files and records on SharePoint.
• Assist with employee queries where appropriate.
• Support the team with other ad-hoc HR duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior HR or admin experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
