Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interest in event management, event coordination, customer service, and operations.
  • Good communication skills and able to deal with customers, event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Able to plan, organize, and follow up on event arrangements properly.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva will be an advantage.
  • Able to prepare simple event checklists, schedules, customer records, and reports.
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to handle unexpected situations during events.
  • Comfortable with on-site event support, customer handling, and team coordination.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

 

Event Management & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate company events, roadshows, exhibitions, product showcases, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing buggy rental arrangements for events, including booking, scheduling, delivery, setup, and return.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend suitable buggy solutions.
  • Coordinate with the operation team, drivers, technicians, and sales team to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare event checklists, schedules, customer records, rental records, and payment records.
  • On-Site Event Support
  • Support on-site event operations during events, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer rental services.
  • Monitor buggy condition before and after events, including cleanliness, battery level, accessories, and safety checks.
  • Assist in arranging buggy placement, charging points, customer briefing, and event flow.
  • Help solve on-site issues quickly and professionally when needed.
  • Ensure customers, event organizers, and guests receive good service throughout the event.
  • Client & Operation Communication
  • Communicate with customers, event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event details are clearly arranged.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, simple agreements, and event-related documents.
  • Follow up with clients before and after events to confirm requirements, feedback, and future opportunities.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, event organizers, suppliers, and business partners.

Event Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare post-event reports, including customer feedback, rental records, sales records, issues faced, and improvement suggestions.
  • Support the team in improving event workflow, buggy rental procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Assist in organizing event photos, videos, and records for future reference and marketing use.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support event content, social media updates, and promotional materials.
