• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
• Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is required
• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is an advantage but not required

Working Arrangement

• On Site

• Assist in mapping and improving current business workflows, including sales, project management, and operations processes
• Support implementation of new business systems such as CRM, project tracking tools, and internal dashboards
• Help organize, migrate, and maintain data across business platforms
• Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal processes
• Support tracking of sales enquiries, customer database updates, and pipeline monitoring
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for management insights
• Support marketing improvement initiatives including campaign tracking, data organization, and performance analysis
• Assist in organizing marketing materials and improving workflow efficiency
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business development strategies
• Provide general support to the management team in business development and system improvement projects
• Participate in internal meetings and assist with coordination of tasks across departments
