Requirements

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Interest in e-commerce and online marketplace operations
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as a user
• Prior internship or experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of marketplace seller centres
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for client communication

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of multiple client accounts across marketplace platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, campaign execution, and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Assist in managing product listings, pricing, and stock levels on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Update product information, descriptions, and images across client stores
• Monitor order status and coordinate with fulfilment teams to ensure timely processing
• Support inventory checks and flag stock discrepancies

Campaign Support

• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns including Payday Sales, Mega Campaigns, and seasonal promotions
• Help prepare campaign assets such as vouchers, bundles, and promotional pricing
• Ensure campaign readiness across listings, stock, visuals, and pricing

Reporting & Analysis

• Track daily sales data and prepare basic performance reports
• Monitor competitor activity including pricing, promotions, and product assortment
• Compile data into spreadsheets for account managers

Client & Team Coordination

• Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Support documentation and data entry tasks
• Assist account managers with ad-hoc operational tasks
