Principal Accountabilities:
- Migrate data and staff information from physical sources to HRIS.
- Assist in the maintenance of HC database and record management.
- Consolidate information for HC database and reports.
- Perform administrative tasks to support HC initiatives.
- Prepare relevant HC documents using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist in daily office operation work (e.g. filing, photocopies, telephone, and other tasks as required).
- Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
- Basic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with HR emphasis, or related fields.
- Experience: Must be currently seeking a Bachelor Degree or Diploma.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
- Strong verbal, written, and interactive communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions, creative, independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
We are looking for candidates who are available to start in July/August 2026.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
