• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents and maintaining employee records.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate staff training, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Perform data entry, filing, document scanning, and other administrative duties.
• Carry out any other HR or administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
