Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily office administration and operational tasks.
• Support documentation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and company documents.
• Support marketing activities including social media updates, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries and coordination with internal departments.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring when required.
• Assist in organizing meetings, company activities, and events.
• Support the team in coordinating projects and follow-up tasks.
• Ensure proper organization of documents and company records.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork with all departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team.
