Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
  • Update and maintain customer records, sales data, and filing systems.
  • Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring accurate order details.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report compilation.
  • Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Provide basic customer service and follow up with customers when required.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media content and campaign preparation.
  • Perform other administrative and sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
