Responsibilities
1) Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, including personnel files, leave records, attendance, and staff movement data. Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
2) Manage and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
3) Organise employee engagement and welfare activities such as corporate events, team-building sessions, and company celebrations.
4) Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
