Key Responsibilities

• Host scheduled live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
• Share HR-related knowledge, including recruitment processes, interview tips, resume guidance, workplace best practices, and career advice.
• Introduce and promote current job vacancies and recruitment campaigns.
• Respond to audience questions professionally during live sessions.
• Work with the HR team to prepare talking points and live session topics.
• Stay updated on HR trends and employment practices to ensure information shared is accurate and relevant.
• Represent the company professionally during all live appearances.
• Provide basic feedback and audience insights after each live session.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with live audiences.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with TikTok Live, Facebook Live, or similar platforms.

Pay: RM25.00 per hour
