Job Description:

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
• Assist with reservations and booking updates.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Duty Manager.

Preferred Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Administration, Customer Service Management or any related field.

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
