Job Summary
The Internship Admin role is designed to provide candidates with practical experience in training coordination, business development support, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist various departments, gaining a foundational understanding of business operations and strategies, preparing them for future roles within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Training Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees and clients.
- Support the development and preparation of training materials under the guidance of senior staff.
- Help monitor and track employee training participation and outcomes, maintaining records for future reference.
Business Development Support
- Assist in managing and scheduling consultation appointments with potential and locked-in clients.
- Help manage and prioritize leads by maintaining an organized database, supported by the marketing unit.
- Support the follow-up process on leads, ensuring all communications are logged and organized.
- Provide basic insights to the marketing team based on interactions with clients and leads.
Client Relations Support
- Serve as a support point for clients, helping to address basic inquiries and escalating concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in gathering client feedback through surveys or follow-up calls and preparing reports for analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of client services, following up on service requests as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to support company-wide projects and initiatives.
- Assist in facilitating communication and coordination among departments to ensure project timelines are met.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of cross-departmental strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions, is highly preferred and considered an added advantage.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
