About us

Flatty Wap is a New York-inspired pressed wrap kiosk opening at One Raffles Place in August 2026. We make restaurant-grade food engineered for kiosk speed — bold flavours, tight systems, no shortcuts.

The role

We're looking for an experienced line cook who can hold a station independently from day one. You'll work directly with our Head Chef across prep and lunch service, and help us hit consistency targets from opening week. Clean Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

What you'll do

• Execute menu items to spec during lunch service
• Set up and break down your station before and after service
• Maintain food quality and consistency across every cover
• Work cleanly and efficiently in a compact kiosk kitchen
• Follow SFA food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support prep tasks and assist Head Chef as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR environment
• Proven ability to hold a station independently during service
• Comfortable working at speed without compromising on quality
• Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or higher)
• Reliable, punctual, strong team player
• Available Monday to Friday

What we offer

• $17-$18/hour based on experience
